GIR TAKESOVER THE GREAT ESCAPE FESTIVAL

WE HIT BRIGHTON WITH A BANG ON FRIDAY 13TH MAY, TO TAKEOVER THE GREAT ESCAPE FESTIVAL AT PATTERNS WITH A FIRE ALL FEMALE LINE UP, SUPPORTED AND SPONSORED BY PUMA.

You know we are all about spotlighting the best up & coming womxn in music and bringing the best vibe when we do.

On our line-up we had the amazing:

Ni’Sha – one of our winners from last year’s GETHEARD FURTURE HITMAKER COMP, brought her best dancehall set to the stage.

Nqobile – one of the best Amapiano acts coming out of the UK had nothing but energy from start to finish with her DJ and dancers

Queen Millz – the freshest hip hop act out of Leicester had bars after bars for the people

Kay Young, with her fusion or pop, hip hop and reggae, had the crowd following her moves and bubbling all the way through

A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT CAME OUT TO SUPPORT, THE GREAT ESCAPE FESTIVAL FOR GIVING US THE STAGE TO CURATE AND PUMA FOR KITTING OUT THE GIR TEAM AND HELPING MAKE ALL THIS POSSIBLE!!
