ABOUT THE FUTURE HITMAKER AWARD & MASTERCLASS
In 2021, our founder, and acclaimed award winning-songwriter, CARLA MARIE WILLIAMS co- founded THE FUTURE HITMAKER AWARD alongside PRSF FOUNDATION to help support the careers of emerging women songwriters and producers across the UK.
This programme has been developed to increase the opportunities for women, especially young black women, to assist in their development and help sustain their creativity in writing and production.
Since first partnering on Future Hitmaker Award, GIR and PRSF have engaged with over 3000 women songwriters and producers and have supported and gifted numerous successful winners including Seyi, Sha’Simone, Ariez Baby, Abigail Asante, Ramona Rose, Kween Deekay, & Ariez Baby
