#GETHEARD A&R WEEKENDER

Girls I Rate partnered PRS for Music to deliver our second all female #GETHEARD A&R Listening Weekender!
The event was a great success. Providing 200 young women aged 16-30 the opportunity to showcase their original music to a panel of industry experts and A&R’s.
The event also helped to address the gender imbalance within PRS membership (16% female) to educate the girls & make a difference within the industry.
The event was hosted by Beyoncé SongWriter Carla Marie Williams & Artist & Producer Naughty Boy.

To encourage girls to celebrate, unite and collaborate more we ended the day with a networking mixer & performances by Etta Bond, Rebecca Garton, Alika & Lady Sanity.
