Born and raised in South London, England, Caroline Watson cut her fashion styling teeth when she first assisted one the industry’s most influential stylists Seta Niland for The Spice Girls.
Driven by her passion for fashion and music Caroline Watson continued for several years to support an array of top UK Fashion Stylists, working on shoots for the likes of Robbie Williams and Cate Blanchett as well as style icons David and Victoria Beckham amongst many others.
Since launching her own career, Caroline Watson has styled the likes of One Direction, Zayn Malik, Kanye West, Chris Brown, Britney Spears, Marvin Humes, Sigala, Akon, Craig David, Puff Daddy, Josh Groban, Victoria Beckham, American Idol, The Voice and Louis Berry.
Never one to rest on her laurels, in 2016 Caroline Watson launched Caroline Watson London, a new and exciting lifestyle brand which Caroline anticipates to be a British household name in the very near future.

DOROTHEA | Associate Solicitor
Dorothea is an Associate Solicitor assisting clients across all areas of the commercial music and entertainment practice at specialise law firm Bray & Krais.
Dorothea undertook a BA in English before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course, and later a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property. She began her training at London-based media and entertainment law firm Davenport Lyons, before moving to Bray & Krais, where she has a particular interest in assisting new / developing talent and emerging music and entertainment companies.
Having previously worked as a Trade Mark Attorney, Dorothea is especially equipped to advise on the protection, enforcement and exploitation of trade marks, copyright and designs. She also has a strong awareness of commercial brands and rights exploitation from experience in the journalism, publishing, music, marketing and retail sectors.
Dorothea writes for various blogs and journals on issues related to music, entertainment, copyright, and branding. She is a member of a number groups and organisations aiming to support women and young people in their careers in the music industry, and empower artists and creators through knowledge and skill-sharing.

Carly Cussen is a London based music videographer with a catalogue of over 200 hundred videos.
Starting at just 16 with her debut video for Tinie Tempah, Carly has worked with the likes of Missy Elliot, Ed Sheeran and Little mix.
Emerging from years of film making in the grime scene, her style is varied with gritty urban culture right through to poptastic beauty. She has shot videos for Wiley and Ella Eyre too.

Counting a National Diversity Award amongst Color blind Cards many awards, Jessica has been invited to No. 10 Downing street to advise on encouraging a more enterprising young Britain and is an international speaker on the power of personal brand and profile raising.
